01 — Challenge
Ember had a beautiful shop and a painfully slow website. Images were huge, the menu was buried, and nearly half of mobile visitors left before the page finished loading.
02 — Strategy
Rather than rebuild from scratch, we optimised. We fixed the performance problems first, then sharpened the message and the path to 'visit us' and 'buy beans'.
03 — Solution
A dramatically faster site, a clear menu and location above the fold, and a simple online shop for their roasted beans.
